The production and shipping time for print on demand products may vary depending on the product type, design, and shipping destination. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to produce the products and another 1-2 business days for shipping.
We do not support returns or exchanges if our dear customer ordered the wrong size/color, or provided incorrect shipping details. However, there are a few circumstances where you can ask for a refund.

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide pictures of the product. After verification, we will produce and ship a new product to you for free. You can also choose to request a refund instead.
